At Listify Pro (developed by M. Nadeem Akhtar), we treat your privacy with the utmost priority. This Privacy Policy details how the Listify Pro Chrome Extension collects, handles, stores, and protects user data in strict compliance with the Google Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, Manifest V3 guidelines, and international data protection standards.

Listify Pro is designed as a client-side productivity tool engineered to assist Facebook Marketplace sellers in organizing, formatting, and auto-filling listing data.

2. Information We Collect and Process

Listify Pro strictly limits data processing to what is necessary for functional operation:

• User Account Information: When you register or log in, we process your email address and encrypted password hash over secure HTTPS to authenticate your account and determine your active plan tier (Basic vs. Pro).
• License Verification Data: We process your License Key and a randomly generated Profile Instance Identifier (`crypto.randomUUID()`) to verify subscription status and enforce authorized profile seat limits.
• Local Product Listing Data: Product titles, descriptions, prices, categories, conditions, locations, tags, and attached image base64 files that you enter into the extension side panel.

3. How Your Data Is Stored and Secured

100% Local Storage Architecture: All your product draft data, uploaded images, location lists, and form inputs are stored exclusively inside your web browser's isolated chrome.storage.local.

• We DO NOT upload or sync your product images, titles, descriptions, or prices to any external server.
• We DO NOT collect or transmit your Facebook login credentials, personal passwords, or private financial details.
• We DO NOT perform hardware fingerprinting (such as collecting CPU cores, RAM, MAC address, or unencrypted IP geolocation).

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

Zero Sale of Data: Listify Pro does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize user data under any circumstances.

We do not share your information with third-party advertising networks, analytics tracking services, or data brokers. All authentication communication is conducted via encrypted HTTPS REST APIs directly between the extension and our official backend.

5. Permissions Disclosures

Listify Pro requests minimal, strictly necessary Chrome permissions:

• sidePanel: Enables the modern Chrome Side Panel interface for effortless listing data management alongside Facebook tabs.
• storage: Enables saving your preferences, datasets, and form drafts locally on your device.
• activeTab / tabs: Enables opening listing tabs and executing user-initiated auto-fill actions on Facebook Marketplace.

6. Chrome Web Store Policy Compliance Declaration

Listify Pro declares that:

• It adheres to the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, including the Limited Use policy.
• It contains zero remotely hosted code; all executable logic is packaged locally within the extension.
• User data is processed strictly for providing user-facing seller productivity features.
